Defects in our products are rare, but if they happen, we can usually offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us immediately at the email address below and we'll do our best to help. Remember that many of our products are limited edition and disappear quickly, so the quicker you contact us, the better. To speed up your request, please give us your name and the item you ordered, and include photos of the problem if applicable.

We can't be held responsible for damage caused by the postal service - for example, if a parcel has been left outdoors or otherwise obviously mishandled by the postie - but we're happy to help you resolve this with them if needed.

Return Policy
All orders are dispatched from France, normally within 15 days.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

France: 2-5 days
Europe: 10-14 days
North America: 10-21 days
